Tips for uploading

This is easy: try and make sure your room photo is landscape format (wider than it is taller) and saved as a JPG less than 4 MB in size. So most photos from digital cameras are fine. Mobile phone cameras of 2 megapixels or more should work too if you set them for a large picture size.

Taking a good photo

For the best impression, you want as much of the walls in the photo as possible. So try and use as wide an angle as you can. Try standing in the doorway.

A photo taken in good daylight is ideal, but if you need a flash, try and make sure it doesn’t make the picture look washed out or cause reflections.
